Rear window leak

I have a 2010 3610RE Big Horn
The rear window has started leaking. It was calked 2 months ago.
The water is showing at both lower inside corners coming from between the frame and the wall.
It only shows when it is raining hard with a strong wind.

Thanks

If you haven't already done so, be sure to caulk the sides of that window as well as the top.
Do not caulk the bottom.
Also take a look at the bottom of the frame on the outside and make sure that the weep holes are not plugged.

Peace

I had the same problem on my 3070 re caulking the top and sides stopped the leak until I could get the window installed correctly

. Why not caulk the bottom?

The thoughts are that if any water happens to get between the frame and the wall of the coach either by condensate, another leak or if some moisture has been left behind there will be a route of escape.
But I also don't think that if the bottom is caulked there would be a problem.
Just my 2¢.

Peace

I had the same issue with our rear window leaking in the same spots. I recaulked where the roof meets the rear cap and all was good.

I've had no leaks, but used Eternabond on the cap/roof seam. It's suppose to have a 25 year guarantee. One month and all is well.

We have had to caulk ours at the roof/rearcap seam about every 6 months. Without doing that the rear window will leak. The other issue is the roof on the side near the gutter. That will also allow the side windows to leak. Caulking around the windows will not stop it. You have to caulk where the roof and gutter meet.
