Rollers on bedroom slide do not roll

I have a 2014 Landmark Key Largo. The bedroom slide seems to struggle so in checking I discovered that the three trollers under the slide do not roll. I sprayed the rollers and bearing surface on slide with silicone several times and this helped the struggling but the rollers do not roll. Has this been a problem for anyone? If so how was it resolved. Any help appreciated.

Linda always stands outside while we move the slides in. I'll ask her to look. I have always assumed they rolled as our slides come in and out easily

we are leaving tomorrow for the west side of ND.
