Roof Vent Left Open by Dealer

Unfortunately, we seem to have many negative postings about dealer service/warranty performance, and few good ones. I am a proponent of the adage: "Praise in Public, Criticize in Private" which we follow on this forum when a posting party has a negative dealer experience.
How about posting the name of this Heartland Dealer with whom you have had a Positive outcome??? How about posting this experience on RVServiceReviews.com?

Also what is a good vent cover that you would recommend? How hard are they to install? Does it damage the roof installing them?

Thanks for all your comments. I agree - when I called the dealer I was ready to argue if needed. I just explained the situation and how disappointed I was and they were fantastic.
