As Gasman and others have said, they are built to US standards. The whole problem with tires made in China is that 95% are produced to no standards at all. That is one of the reasons that Towmax (also known as blowmax for their very numerous failures) have so made failures. I have Sailun tires on our triple axle 2018 Cyclone. Was very dubious about them at first, but once I found a loose valve stem and corrected it they seem to hold air well. I have not had them on the road yet but looking through numerous threads on them found only one failure.
