Scratches underside of slideout

Anyone have an idea what can cause these scratches under slideout above roller?

It looks like there is or was something under the slide.
Since the marks are outside of the roller I don't think the roller is the problem.
Have you looked closely under the slide from both the inside and outside?
It's that a bedroom slide? The marks are only toward the cabin end so it's possible there is something under the foot of the bed area.

It’s possible a screw came loose that holds the roller in place and is jammed causing the scratches as you extend and retract the slide or a left over piece of debris from construction.
