screens dont fit

The screens in our 2012 3685rl don't fit. So when you open those Windows bugs get in. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi Kathy,

One of our screens sometimes is a little out of place and would let bugs in. But I just push it back into position.

I don't think I recall any posts about ill fitting screens over the past few years, but perhaps someone will chime in with their experience.

Glad you don't have this issue. The Windows affected are the sliders behind the couch and the large rear window. Both happen to be emergency exits also. It's like they are so flimsy that they just don't stay.

I have never heard of a unit where the screens did not fit. The screens do not fit tight so they can be removed and windows cleaned. It may be that your springs on one side that hold them in place have broken or you have dirt build up and it is not letting the screen go into position.

Early on, the one for the rear window was warped and left gaps. I bought a replacement from HL, but if I'd been smarter, I could have gotten it for free during the 2011 Rally repair visits. If you're going to the Goshen Rally, put it on your repair wish list.
