My Elkridge has a black and a grey tank valve handles, but the board shows a black a

nd 2 grey tanks. I just emptied the Grey tank and one is showing empty the other full
The black is showing 2/3 full. Also the black tank just flows out real slow like there was no water in it, but if I flush it, it flows pretty good. I think there may be a build up of waste in the black tank. I bought it used.b

You might have an issue in the black tank from prior owners.

You should look into buying one of these (image below) or filling with water and double up on chemicals...allow it to sit overnight. Using the device in image, you can watch how much flows out.
