Shock absorbers

Just discovered one of the shock absorbers on my '12 LM Key Largo has come detached on one end. The base stem is bent and will most likely need replacing. Inspecting the other shocks I find some of the grommets are dried and not in very good condition.
Anyone else erver replaced the grommets? How long should they last? Where do you get parts or new shocks?

For shock absorber use this link to get from camping world, Amazon also has for the same price. They are Lippert shock absorbers, you might want to contact them for grommets.
