Took this the night before last just at sunset a few miles before finding a place to stay for the night near Las Vegas, New Mexico on our way to the Arizona HOC Rally at Quartzsite!

We are at a KOA in Holbrook, Arizona right now . . . leaving for the Grand Canon in a couple of hours!

Looking nice and shiny! You must have washed it before leaving Denver as mine is filthy from sand and salt. Safe travels and tell Garry hi for us.

Gave both the truck and trailer a quick bath before we left Denver.

We made it to the Grand Canyon last night (Monday) . . . had to stop in Flagstaff to have the spare tire swapped (yup, a Blowmax).

Didn't have a flat, but one tire was wearing thin on the inside edge . . . guess the Trail Runner needs an alignment.

We'll be rolling in to the rally at Quartzsite on Wednesday, so I'll tell Garry and Dakota Hi for you guys!

There are two other trailers from the Colorado HOC that will be there, too . . . I'll say Hi to them as well!

As it turned out, we had more issues than a tire problem (had a wheel bearing on the trailer burn out and had to have the axle removed and repaired in Phoenix) . . .

Anywayz, here is a shot of the new truck last week at the Grand Canyon South Rim:

That's I great picture. Chevrolet might like it for their sales brochure. The bed cap really sets it off.

Finally got to tow with the new truck. This is when we pulled in to the new RV Park. I know the truck and trailer both need a good cleaning.

Ram now has Firestone Airbag system installed, so I'm enjoying the added flexibility to level the rig and adjust ride based on pin weights.

Yes sir indeed. We still kick it old school though!!

I've been a Dodge truck guy for 30 years . . . sometimes I still can't believe that I now have a 2015 Cheverolet Silverado 2500HD!

But so far so good!
