Does your Truxedo Rollup Tonneau cover work well with the Toolbox? I have an 'in-the-bed' tool box, but it only has about 1-1/2" of clearance on either side (to the bed rails). I'm concerned that the tonneau mounting hardware will interfere with the toolbox or toolbox lid. Any info you have about this would be appreciated.

There's no interference whatsoever on mine. The mounting hardware is adjustable up and down the length of the rails so it can be moved in front of the toolbox if there's not enough clearance there.
