Slide scrapes floor on outward movement

We noticed that the heat vent was starting to show signs of something rubbing the paint off. I watch as the slide came in and it maintained a clearance beneath it all during the inward travel. I ran a yard stick along the floor to make sure there was no contact. Then when I set up at the next stop I watched closely and noticed that the inner edge dipped and began dragging over the floor. This made us look very closely at the flooring which is also being scrapped. Not desired to say the least.

I have to assume there must be an adjustment to solve this issue. Would anyone have knowledge of the cure or is something that will also need professional attention?
