Solera (ICL) Led Awning lights.

Hello to all.
Thanks for taking a look at my issue and I hope someone can help me.
My LEDs on my awning do not work. When powered on they flicker once and that's it. I have a remote for them and this does nothing.
There's many postings on here about the same issue but other than that there's been zero solid answers to fixes.
I'm not wanting to go buy any LEDs when these should work fine.
It's the color changing type with remote. One main power switch inside trailer then everything from remote.
I'm looking for a resolution here as bringing it in for repair for a week for LEDs is a bit ridiculous.

I'm new to the whole thing so any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you know how to use a volt meter, then check the power where the LED strip gets it's power. You may have a faulty switch or a bad connection. If moisture has gotten to the connections, then it is a simple as reworking it. I had mine replaced under warranty and them that set burned out. Both failed by the LED strip looking like stars and some not lit at all. I replaced mine, the third set, with a LED weather proof strip that I purchased on EBAY. Cheep and they worked for over four years. I would check the power first.
