I broke the inlet off my city water connection and replaced it with a Valterra all brass model with a check valve. Now, when I run water, there is a squealing, humming-type noise coming from the inlet device. I removed and inspected the back flow preventer. No change. I adjusted water pressure. No change. Anyone have a cure? Thanks, any help appreciated!
