Summit tv picture issue

My summit tv in my cyclone shows a picture everywhere except when I select the show I want to watch. It's hooked up with roku. The screen goes Grey I can see picture when I fast forward program but not when I return to normal viewing. There's a picture everyplace else except the actual channel I want to watch

I would try another source (over the air antenna) if possible, to see if you get a picture. That would eliminate the TV as the problem & point to the Roku device.
