Summit tv picture issue

My summit tv in my cyclone shows a picture everywhere except when I select the show I want to watch. It's hooked up with roku. The screen goes Grey I can see picture when I fast forward program but not when I return to normal viewing. There's a picture everyplace else except the actual channel I want to watch

I would try another source (over the air antenna) if possible, to see if you get a picture. That would eliminate the TV as the problem & point to the Roku device.

When we first purchased our 2021 Heartland Bighorn Traveler 11 months ago, we had a similar issue with the Summitt TV's.. Won't bore you with all the details.. We lost the main picture from the salon TV.. There is a feature on the remote to turn off the picture.. But without knowing what it was for or how to turn it back on, we got so fed up fighting with-it we eventually purchased 2 new TV's..
