Picking up 2017 Big Horn 3970rd on Saturday morning from Holaman RV in Batavia Ohio. They have been grate to work with. The entire transaction was handled through text and email. Jeff Miller has been a very good salesman. They didn't even carry the 3970rd but was able to get us one in. I will driving all the way from Georgia to pick it up. Excited to be part of the Heartland family

Congrats! We have the sister plan to the 3970RD in a Big Country. You will love this plan! I got to see it when the North Texas Chapter Leaders brought their new one to the NTX rally. (We compared notes!)

Be sure to do a thorough PDI before signing and taking it off the lot, and camp close to try it out and find any bugs.

We discovered that the pipe connections to the sinks in bath and kitchen are not tight.
