2015 Heartland Big Horn
Would trip off about 5 minutes after going off shore power
The second replacement inverter sent (reworked) seemed to work
things are doing well now
March 2014 build date
1st time - 10 minutes, 2nd time - 3 hours, 3rd time about 90 minutes
I paid the difference between what Heartland was putting in as a replacement inverter to a 1500 w unit
absolutely no problems now.
Since this thread was created to gather info to help Heartland figure out how to fix the problem, it seems like it's no longer useful now that the fix has been out for a while.
