We have a 2017 Landmark Newport and have numerous issues since purchasing it. Explore USA in Kyle, TX has not been the easiest to get things done, but many many thanks to the Heartland Service Reps to date. They have always stepped up and assisted us in all issues. The latest was a broken leaf spring on our current trip. They are goodwilling us a new spring and bolts since we are a year out of factory warranty.

Thanks so much for their understanding and assistance. Dealers are usually the same - money oriented. It is the manufacturer that makes ownership a great experience. I know they can't continue to cover everything, but we truly appreciate everything they have done.
