When I bought my used 2005 F250 it had small manual mirrors. I went on EBay and found a set of 2008 manual extending mirrors for $100. I installed them and just pull them out when towing.
I never could see anything with the market addons.
With the size of the mirrors I can still not see anything behind my trailer on the right side mirror. On the left its also limited, you need 12ft wide mirrors to see behind the trailer.
