I just bought a 2014 3010re bighorn and can not find an operators manual not sure how to any of the electric and gas switches 12v are 110 volt and what they mean just would like to have a good manual download pdf.

Congratulations on your Bighorn and welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum.
If you bought this new, there should be a blue pouch full of manuals, probably in a drawer or cabinet. If it's not there, your dealer will have it.
You can download the Heartland Trailer Manual from the HeartlandRVs.com website. Here's a link. The manual is generic, but includes a lot of important information.
We also have an extensive collection of manufacturer manuals covering subsystems and appliances in your RV. They can be found by clicking on the TOOLS tab at top of page and selecting HOM - Heartland Owners Manuals. You can also get there from this link.
We also have a number of owner-written user guides and troubleshooting guides that you may find helpful.
And of course you can browse the forum by subject area to find the answers to any questions, or you can search the forum to find past discussions on the area of interest.
There's a great bunch of friendly and helpful people here, so please also feel free to post questions. I'm sure you'll get answers quickly.
