USB adapter

How do I turn on the outside usb adapter, when I plug in my welcome sign it doesn't work, but on the inside usb plugs it does...

I don't know if it's switched. Have you checked the fuse panel with the sign plugged in?

I unscrewed the port ouside it's not wired to anything, found a panel in master bathroom that aligns with plug but my screwdriver is too long, will get shorter one tomorrow and continue to investigate

I recall a post that was made by Klindgren and a reply from Jbeletti.
Read post #9 HERE and it might help troubleshoot your non wire issue.
