Not so much the rainfall amounts where we're staying but we are literally on the beach with forecast tropical wind gusts of 50-70mph. Not experiencing such.

When we stayed in June of last year at Ocean Lakes there we had front sections of the park that flooded out a lot. We had some water but not too much.
