Views From Your Campsite

Our Summer 2018 Trip.
Paul B. Johnson State Park, Hattiesburg, MS
Only stayed one night here in route to TN. Nice park, wish we had more time to hang out here and utilize the nice lake, go swimming and fishing.
Rock Island State Park, Rock Island, TN
Stayed here 4 nights. The waterfalls are not seen from the camp site, but they are a short drive to the trail head, and about a 1/2 mile hike to get to.
Lake Catherine State Park, Hot Springs, AR
Only stayed one night here as well on the way back to Houston. This place has nice lake side, but we weren't able to get one of the lake view sites. I would like to go back here and check out more of the park as well. Only issue we had was that it was super hot and the ticks are bad.

We are loving the view and the price. Free camping on Buffalo Gap National Grassland overlooking Badlands NP.
