Here is our view from our site at Lake Almanor, CA. Great small mouth bass and occasional brown trout fishing just off the beach a 100 yards or so.

Here is our favorite camping spot. Henderson Beach State park in Destin Florida. Nice wooded sites and a 4 minute walk to the best beaches in the country.

Moved on to the next thing...
We are headed out tomorrow morning to spend the July 4th. weekend between Ft. Collins, Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Last weekend we were in the mountains west of Colorado Springs at Mountaindale Resort with our new Prowler on it's maiden voyage.

Here are a couple of shots:

John, just noticed your awning location. Is that right. It's over your slide and your awning lights are behind the top of your slide. Am I seeing things or should it be in front of the slide from the door forward? Just curious because my rig is similar and the awning is from the slide forward.

I thought the awning covering the slide was kind of strange when we looked at the Prowler, Elkridge and Sundance (all the same floor plan), as the slide kinda hogs up some of the space under the awning.

But at least I don't have to worry about a slide topper on that side of the trailer!

First shot is the Elkridge that started the quest for a new trailer a couple of months back, second shot our Prowler on the dealers lot:

Looks like the high vertical window to the front of the door would make it impossible to mount the awning in the front.
