Water Draining From Under RV

We are full time RVers. Setup at a new park in our 2019 Heartland Cyclone 4007. Under the middle hydraulic leg there are to what appear to be outlet water hoses. Water is constantly draining. Can anyone help me and tell me what they are?

These are the freshwater tank overflow drains. Being a 2019 model, I am thinking that the Anderson Valve is the old style, and the valve body is made of plastic. These have been known to fail. Our failed in Utah on our 2018 Road Warrior 427.
For now, turn off the water, relieve the pressure on the water hose, then slowly rotate the handle a couple of turns, until the valve can be reseated.
Try turning the water back on and see if this has worked. It worked for me a couple of times, but eventually you will need to rebuild/replace the water valve in the wet bay area.

Here is a link to the Anderson Valve it is made by ABCO.

In June 2019, Anderson Valve was at the National Rally in Goshen. They did a presentation and said they were redesigning a replacement valve for the plastic body. The brass is the replacement design. At that time, Anderson offered us a 10% discount if we purchased during the rally times. If you think you will need a new valve, look closely, there is a 6-week lead time for you to get it.

There is a plethora of information on the Anderson Valve in the form of videos on YouTube, search "Anderson Valve RV". However, while it is often the valve that is causing the backfill problem, it is also possible that the back flow preventer valve on the water pump has failed and is allowing water to back flow into the tank.
