Water Heater Backflow Preventer Melted

Word of Warning : On our 2013 3510 Big Country, wife noticed flooding in basement. Mobile service came out and replaced the hot water heater backflow preventer - it had melted.

Also, the main problem we have had since delivery is low water pressure. Dealer cleaned screens, but problem persisted. With the backflow preventer replaced, the water pressure has increased.

Good to see two things get fixed with one part. I hope the repair guy put in a brass one. If not, keep a good eye on the new one so it does not melt again. Ernie
