Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum. There's lots of useful information here along with a great bunch of friendly and helpful people.
There are a number of Mallard floor plans, so the model # of yours would be helpful. With that, you may hear from someone with the same floor plan who knows the answer.
You probably have the 3 valve setup located immediately behind the water heater. Locating the water heater outside is easy. Access inside sometimes is less obvious.
You can start by locating the water heater outside and poking around inside to try and find the valves.
If you can't find them, and no one chimes in with the location, call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready.
