Where to view/walk thru Landmarks in Texas?

The wife and I stopped by the ExploreUSA rv place in Mesquite, TX today to view/walk thru their Landmarks. Low and behold, they had exactly ZERO! They did have plenty of BigHorns, but we want a Landmark. Where can we see some?

I think Campingworld in Katy has about five Landmarks on there lot.

We should be in Ft. Worth tomorrow or the next day. It would seem a drive to Cleburne would be in order.

Concerning the ExploreUSA dealership though, why would a Heartland dealer have NO Landmarks on their lots?

I know of several Heartland dealers that do not have Landmarks on their lot. The main reason is financial. The Landmarks are a higher end unit and therefore do not move as fast so you money is tied up longer. The Big Horn and Landmark have very similar floorplans so a potential buyer can look at a Big Horn and see the floorplan then they can order the Landmark.

Another thing to bear in mind when looking for a specific Heartland brand on-lot at dealers is that few dealers are full-line Heartland dealers. Dealers are able to choose which of our brands they want to carry. And dealer territories are a factor as well. If someone is looking for a specific Heartland brand or model and cannot locate it, it's okay to contact our main office at 574-262-5992 and ask for the Brand Manager for the brand of interest to give you a call back. They know what is in stock by dealer across North America.

One more question.......the wife is really taking a shine to the new Landmark Grand Canyon. Where/when will they start shipping to dealers?

Come to rayford crossing rv park, spring, tx. (north of houston)april 3-5 and see 31 heartland rv's and maybe more.

We took the drive to Cleburne to Funtime RV to check out the Landmarks. They have 5 on the lot. 2 Pinehursts, 2 Cape Cods, and 1 Oakmont. We didn't like any of those floor plans so will be looking at other dealerships for the opportunity to see an Augusta and a Grand Canyon.
