Yetti Package Question

I have the Yeti Package on my 2013 Key Largo and noticed the water lines has no type heating system. Should the lines be heated or did I read incorrect information about this package.

On mine the main line going into the belly has a foam sleeve on it. It does have a cable inside it. But nothing is on all the pex behind the wall.
