I have a manual awning on my 3600re. It seems to roll up crooked, meaning it is tight against the side on one end, but is loose on the other. This lets it flop in & out a couple of inches going down the road. Is there an adjustment?

Mine does the same thing. I measured the awning on each side and found the right side was about 3/4" longer than the left. Measured from the awning rail to the awning tube. I use an awning saver and a velcro strap around the right side awning arm. The saver prevents the awning from unrolling and the velcro around the arm prevents the arm from opening up. Had I checked this while under warranty, I might have been able to get a new awning or at least the fabric replaced.

It's a device that prevents the awning from unrolling. Check this link http://www.awningsaver.com/
