I just wanted to post a followup about my first service appt. Our dealer had a laundry list to work through - options that weren't installed at the factory and things that needed fixing. We worked closely with David Partin at Heartland and the service dept at Bates RV. We dropped off the rig early on 6/5 and it was ready to go at lunchtime on 6/7. My thanks to all involved, especially Jim O'Connor, the service tech at Bates. He did a super job and we're very pleased with the repairs.
