In the RV industry, manufacturer warranty on the trailer and manufacturer warranties on appliances and subsystems usually are very specific that they apply to the original purchaser only. So they are not transferable.
You can read the actual language of the warranty statement by downloading a copy of the Heartland Trailer Manual from
this folder.
There are "extended warranties" which are issued by 3rd parties, and are really more of a service agreement. Some of those may be transferable. You'd have to read the fine print of the specific policy.
If you're buying a previously owned trailer from a dealer, and the dealer is promising warranty of some type, make sure it's in writing.
