Hi buster155,

I think someone might have posted something similar about a year and a half ago. You should call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready.

After a year or so mine did the same, mostly on the sunniest side. I scraped and cleaned old and applied new.... an ongoing process to keep water out.

If you go to re-seal, remember don't use silicone...use ProFlex RV. Silicone does not have the flexibility or adhesion that you need for exterior RV applications. Here's more information on ProFlex RV.

I just read the fine print on the tube, and it says not for tpo or epdm type roofs?
Has anyone used this stuff?

If you are going to use a product on the flat surface your EPDM roof then I suggest Dicor products.
If you are going to do some caulking around the sides of the roof, ask your dealer what they would recommend.
Sikaflex is compatible with EPDM.

Peace

I just did a thread on this. The caulking turned to dust in one year of use on my Heartland. Had to clean off all of the old and replace it. Would of payed an extra ten dollars and had them use some better quality caulking if I had the option. Have talked to many people sense and this is a big problem. The warranty on caulking is only 90 days.
