My water pump does pump water from the fresh water tank but when water faucet is not on, the pump runs on and off every five seconds. I've checked for water leaks and found none. I removed the clear filter basket to check for a clog, found it clear. Any suggestions? Thank you.

recently I replaced my batteries with four 6v yielding 800Ah. But when I switch off the shore power, I do get power to all of the 12v lights but not to the 120v receptacles and appliances. My resi refer is being powered. But, I thought that the inverter would send power to the receptacles...

Another question along the same topic...I see the blue line with the valve hanging from the bottom near the wheel. But there is another blue tube with an elbow that comes through the frame just above the same wheel. Could this be a vent for the fresh water tank?
