Another question along the same topic...I see the blue line with the valve hanging from the bottom near the wheel. But there is another blue tube with an elbow that comes through the frame just above the same wheel. Could this be a vent for the fresh water tank?

I found the breaker with the reset button. But it will not reset. When I push the button in, it just springs back out. I guess it should be replaced but I can find only the breakers that auto reset. Do you think it would be ok to replace the manual reset breaker with the auto reset version?
