Refrigerator elements can pull as much as 7 amps 110 A/C. That equates to 70 amps D/C. A 420 watt element pulls 3.5 amps A/C, 42 amps D/C. Your charge line to the trailer will only support 30 amps max. You still need 12 volts to run the fridge, your amp draw will be higher
The return area of the A/C is not sealed off from the attic. Pull down the inside trim and take a look. If you can see into the attic, it is not sealed. The tank vents are just sticking through the roof with the vent cap just covering it and not sealed off from the attic.
I just switched our Mt. Rushmore to 17.5's. With the 16" tires previously on it, I ran the max on the sidewall, 105 psi. With the 17.5's, the max is 125 psi, which gives me 6000 pound capacity on each tire and wheel. Using the manufacture's load / pressure chart, 80 psi gives me 4000 pound...

The specs are for base units without options. Units on the lot have options added and the weights show that. As far as the grey tanks, most likely they are 40 gal, but have 2 of them, thus the 80 gal spec.
Closed cell foam will give an R value of 7.5 per inch as stated above. It is hard shelled when cured, and very durable. Open cell is soft when cured and can be collapsed easily. Contact your local insulation company, closed cell is more than open, but much more durable.
