Installed longer mud flaps. The Weather Tech molded flaps were nice, and looked factory installed, they just weren't long enough to protect the front of our Cyclone at all. No, I don't think I could tell anyone that, but I can reach into it fine from outside the bed using the same step I use to reach the hitch release and yes, pulling one latch releases both sides. The lid raises and holds itself too. :)

I seen a post on face book that many of their (Heartland) operations were curtailed or stopped the past 3 days due to the extremely cold temps. Maybe that has something to do with your not being able to make contact. Good luck. :)

The Commander and I are planning to attend (hankster twisted my arm :rolleyes:) We will be arriving on the 5th and departing on the 12th. We would like a 50 amp site and be in a site close to hankster, Kbvols, and the rest of that group if possible. Thanks. :)

According to the letter I received from Ford in December, it states "frozen door latches". It goes on to say the fix is to install additional sealing to doors and door latches. :)
