I've seen a couple that have had bad burned 120 volt connections at the water heater. There should be a box on the side of your water heater where the 120 volt romex connects. Cut the power to your water heater and check those connections. Peace Dave

First, Heartland wasn't even around when your Prowler was built. But all RVs are pretty much the same. How have you verified that your waste tank is empty? You might wasn't to inspect the tank drain valve to make sure it is operating properly. Peace Dave
