Although not a real common occurrence it has happened. Some have has a loose connection and at least one other had the copper contacts burn off.
I believe that if you unroll all of your shore cord you will find a little access door where you can do a little investigating.
You might also want to...
As mentioned in another post those speakers work with the surround system. Your TV might be wired to the system. Sometimes yes sometimes not.

Depending on your floor plan their should be two switches in the bedroom for the speakers.
My 2011 model 3585 has them near the front closet.

If that plug has a bunch of little holes in it then that would be the condensate drain from the refrigerator. It should be routed out the sidewall vent.

Those junction boxes could both 12 volt and 120 volt which is why I recommend a power disconnect before accessing.
If your converter is going it would have an effect on all 12 volt items.
You just need to look at all possible problem areas.

Also check the wires under the slide. They may have been pinched and damaged. Along with that there may a junction box attached to the frame where the wires connect. Take the cover off and check the wire connections there. Disconnect from shore power before opening that box.

I'm thinking you may have a difficult time pleading your case to Heartland.
They may say that although your trailer was sold as new it is two years old. During that two years what happened at the dealership? Demo? Employee use? Who knows.
Hopefully your dealer will take care you. If not, be sure...
It sounds like you have lost your 12 volt DC power.
Have you checked the battery voltage?
You didn't state what model your rig is but I suggest checking for a manual reset 12 volt circuit breaker. If equiped you will be looking for a tiny reset button located on the side of a 12 volt breaker...
Bob.jr gave you good advice, I've seen that several times.
And yes the water heater will work today and be dead tomorrow.
A water heater element is only about $11 so why not just install a new one?

I would call back and using your VIN find out the color of your woodwork.
Then contact one of the RV surplus stores near Elkhart, IN.
And, check this out.

First inspect the fan. I have heard of broken spokes and insect nests causing issues.
Also bad bushings. A little lube should quiet things a bit if the bushings (bearings?) are shot.

Two things come to mind.
It looks like the entire weight of the camper is not on the wheels. This allows the axles to swing free and not be in a normal travel position.
Have you looked at the axles, springs and shackles for any damage?
I would suggest that once you are hitched up and travel...
I don't have exact specs but your rim will need to be able to handle 110 psi, have a load rating of 3750 lbs, have a center hole of approximately 4.875 in. diameter and have 8 studs holes approximately 2.5 in. apart.
Look at your existing rims, most specs are moulded into the back side of a...
I will answer here and email as well.
Your vintage landing gear will also have an online fuse. You will need to trace the wires from the switch.
Whenever you work on any electrical, 12 volt or 120 volt be sure to disconnect the power. Unplug from shore power and disconnect the neutral battery...
