After pulling the release handle and you don't drain you will need to access the valve on the tank and check that the valve is opening when the handle its pulled. It may be disconnected from the cable.

First a couple basic questions.
Are your LP tanks full?
Are they turned on?
Thermostat turned to a high temp?
Does anything happen when you call for heat?

For about ten bucks I would start by replacing the auto reset breaker. Follow the heavy red wire from the hydraulic pump to the bank of 12 volt breakers to locate the correct breaker.
You might also want to check that all neutral (white) wires at the battery and buss bar are correctly tightened...
What unit do you have?
Since both the slides and landing gear are having the same fault you may have a weak 50 amp auto reset breaker.
Does this happen when plugged in to shore power and battery power?

Although I don't have the same model fireplace as yours but when mine died I was able to find the blower with heating element on eBay. I don't recall the cost but it wasn't much and it was easy to replace.
Just one option for you to explore.

It sounds like you have an internal hydraulic cylinder fluid leak. I've had that happen.
You should be able to find the method for checking the hydraulic cylinders in the Tools section of this forum. Or right here. https://manuals.heartlandowners.org/?man=Slide_Outs/Rooms/Lippert

Yes, it's a good possibility that it is condensation forming from the blown cold air.
You might try to redirect the airflow away from the area in question and see if that solves your problem.

If it was my rig I would, and have, taken it to a big rig truck repair center.
They could weld square tube support across, hanger to hanger as well as do an alignment.

Since you have damage due to water leaks have you checked and/or caulked suspicious areas where water may have entered?
That should be the first step.
If you are somewhat handy you should be able to repair the floor.

Last week I was washing and waxing my rig when I noticed that the white plastic corners on the slides had black spots that didn't wash or wax off.
I used some spray cleaner that I got at Wal-Mart. It's called All Purpose Cleaner With Bleach. Took a couple of applications on the worst areas but...
F150MallardKid, looking at your pics of your new roof vent it seems that you need to apply some self leveling caulk to seal the screw heads and perimeter.

For a quick permanent fix think about installing a cut off switch for the hydraulic pump. Also till you do you could disconnect the power to the pump after setting up camp.
