There should be a sticker on the off door side of your Mallard. That should have some information on it such a as your VIN and tire size.
Or you could bend down and look at your tires. The tire size is molded in to the sidewall.

Odd that your receptacles and lights quit at the same time. The lights are 12 volt dc and run off battery/converter. Receptacle are 120 volts ac.
You said you checked power coming in, did you have 120 volts from each leg going to neutral and ground?
When you check breakers don't reply on a...
The valve under the sink might be for a dishwasher or icemaker.
It's not uncommon for the faucet aerator screen to be plugged so check that out.

As Bogie mentioned take a look at all of the F connectors.
I'll offer a quick related story. A friend had issues similar to yours. The first thing I did was inspect all connections, well not all because the first male F connector had one strand of shielding wire wrapped around the center...
A couple things come to mind.
First, don't rely on a visual of the breakers. Turn them off then back on.
Also check the breaker at the pedestal.

Remove the interior shroud and take a look for the wires. Four screws, #2 square bit.
If you don't have 12 volt wires but do have wires for a thermostat or 120 power you might consider repurposing those for the 12 volts supply.

If you are in a campground that is experiencing high temperatures many people will be trying to stay cool and running their AC you may not have enough power to start your ACs.
Use your multimeter to check incoming voltage.

I'm sorry, I misread your post. Seems I missed the bed part.
Like you and others I agree your missing some parts.
Talk to your dealer and ask them to take the parts of of another trailer and they can wait fir the parts. Or as mentioned call Heartland.
Peace
Dave
Just so you know, water heaters and AC units are not manufactured by Heartland and the brand that they use are also used throughout the RV industry. So those two issues could, and have, been found in many other brands.
Those should be covered under warranty. Did you talk to your dealer?
What...

It's not uncommon for people to post their rants on public forums. As long as they don't violate the rules.
In this case IP legit, no spam, no blacklist, no bashing just ranting. We watch.

Since the fan fried when you plugged in to shore power I have to ask about your 30 Amp receptacle.
Is your receptacle wired for an RV?
RV receptacle are not wired the same as a dryer or welder for example.
It sounds like you threw 240 volts at your fan rather than 120 it should see.

I've had two broken last springs that I had to replace on my two axle trailer.
Once discovered I had no idea how long they had been broken. 1, 2, 3 hundred miles?
I upgraded to heavier springs and also carry a spare spring pack.
So, can you drive with broken springs?
Maybe, maybe not.
Big...
I don't have a bumper pull but I have some thoughts on what I would do if I was in your shoes. Since you are hilly I would measure the front frame to the ground as well as the rear frame to the ground. Adjust the front jack till both measurements are the same. In theory your trailer should be...
You can check out the slide out section from the Tools button located at the top of each forum page.

That little button that turns on the little red light is the over air signal booster that must be off when using cable.
Also you must tell your TV sugar the source signal is, in your case cable, then do a channel search.
As far as which input to use you can get a signal toner to help figure it...
Loose ground and neutral wires are not uncommon and since you are showing 60 volts ac I would look at those connections.
I would also investigate the source at the park pedestal.
It an idea of places to check. Can't dismiss anything.

While I don't have a bumper pull trailer I'm pretty sure that you need to keep the ball well lubricated with grease. Is yours?
You may have experienced some wear to create that little bit of play.
Just a thought.

You can use an IR temperature gun and check the air temp going in to the AC unit and the cool air exiting. There should be about a 20° difference.
If you are in a hot climate your 13,500 btu AC might be working correctly but just not keeping up.
Do you have a 50 Amp service? If so you could...
Your inside shower hot and cold faucets must be in the off position. And if equipped your outside shower must be off as well.
Having those faucets left on will create a mixer which will leave you with warm water only.
Since you're issue is with propane or electric I doubt you have a water...
Do you have power in and out of the other breakers? There should be one breaker that has a tiny reset button on the side. Look for that and press to reset.
Or like Lyle said your breaker for the hydraulics may have failed. They are around $10 and easy to swap out.

Check all connections of your neutral wires at the neutral buss bar. Also check your battery cables for correct polarity and being properly tight.
If your converter is off then you are not charging your batteries.

Create your own backer board. Get a piece or 1/2" plywood, about 12"x18" or whatever size works for you, cover it with black speaker cloth, screw it to the 2x2 wall studs then attach your TV mount to it.

Dave
Just throwing a few ideas around.
12.4 volts is a nearly dead battery.
Try plugging in to shore power or charging the battery.
You said nothing come on, does that include the 12 volt cabin lights.?
Battery cables correct polarity and tight?
Check the neutral wire to the neutral buss.

I don't know what extension you are referring to but you can get a broken toilet flange repair part at Home Depot.
Check there for parts that you need.

Your thermostat may have a fan high/ low speed setting. If it's now set to low that could account for what you described as not blowing like previous units. Change it to high.

Dave
I'm pretty sure that 30 Amp is standard and 50 Amp is an option fot that model.
Look at the plug end of the shore power cord. Three prongs = 30 Amp, four prongs = 50 Amp.
Peace
Dave
A couple things come to mind here.
I don't understand why your TV is GFI protected. But if your refrigerator and TV are in a slide there may be a problem under the slide. Under your slide there is a metal junction box. With your coach disconnected from shore power remove the cover from that...
That red switch is for the electrical side of the water heater. There may also be a small rocker switch on the water heater itself.
Be sure to have water in the water heater before turning the electrical switch on.
Odd that the service guy didn't know that.

Since you installed new valves be sure that all valves are manually closed.
On the ends of each valve there is a means to close the valve using a 3/16" Allen. CC is closed.
If they are open or partially open you will experience what you are describing.

If your switch is under the threshold there should be a small magnet on the bottom of the door near the hinge end.
You can test that switch by using the south end of a magnet. Put it over the area that the door magnet would be. Observe what your light does. You should be able to make it go on...
One is labeled city water. That should be your city water hookup, the otter unlabeled should be you black tank flush.
The best way to identify would be to hook your hose to the one marked city water and turn on a faucet. If you get water, bingo.
