Eternabond is the only way to go. I've got a couple patches on my roof from when a tree jumped out at me as I was driving by. Been on there for about seven or eight years now.

I think that everyone, including me, thought you were dealing with a hydraulic slide not the Shcwintek electric.
Does that slideout have a row of gear like teeth on the sides?

That's the cold air return for the furnace.
I put a piece of cardboard behind mine. I actually did it in winter because of cold air coming in.

According to my calculation, note I am not an electrician, your 30 Amp #10 extension cords at 50 feet should have a voltage loss of about 2.6% which is about 3 volts. Add a little loss for the plugs and you should still be well in the safe operating range.
Have you investigated your source to...
Follow the heavy red cables that come from the Trombetta (solenoid). One will go to the hydraulic pump and the other will go to the 50 amp 12 volt breaker located on the buss bar that Lyle mentioned. That will be the breaker you will want to change. About $10.
Disconnect the neutral cable from...
There is a process during manufacturing where the flat roof is kinda snapped at a seam to follow the bend at the front, over the bedroom of the roofline.
So depending on where you are seeing that separation it could be normal.

Typically fifth wheel converters are located berthing the basement wall.
If you have a vent in that wall you might be able to peek in, if not remove the wall.
Or, you could call Heartland and ask what they used. Have the last six digits of your VIN handy when you make the call.

You might try calling Heartland Customer Service.
They may be able to provide information on how to get one.
You will need to provide the last six or eight digits of your VIN so have it handy when you call.

Check your converter to be sure that it is plugged in and providing the needed voltage to change your battery.
You should see 13+ DC volts at the battery when charging while plugged in to shore power.
When installing the new battery if by chance you reversed the cables you would have blown...
Den, here is a link to a cord reel issue post. It may help.

Since this thread is four years old chances are that the fenders are gone.
I know that he has some serious health issues but you could click on his forum user name and start a conversation.

Since you have a 50 service there is a good chance you can add a second AC.
Remove the inside shroud from the vent in the bunkhouse. Look for a piece of Romex cable probably terminated in a plactic box.
If you find that you're good to go.
You could also look in your breaker panel for unused...
I'm pretty sure that the microwave is on its own dedicated circuit.
As previously mentioned check the wires on the microwave receptacle. Also check the wires at the breaker panel. Check the black wire to the breaker as well as the white wires to the neutral buss bar, bare ground to ground...
The first thing you need to know is what is the tow rating of your Tundra.
You need to know the GVWR then account for all of your passenger weight and the weight of all of your gear.
Know the weight of the trailer and tongue weight. You can only make an educated guess based on the dry weight...
The 80 amp breaker should be just fine as long as it is not defective.
Are you getting 12 volts to the Trombetta and is it getting a12 volt signal from the switch to close the contactor?

I've seen those rods with handles for sale so I'm thinking the rod is screwed into the valve along with a jam nut. If you can access the valve you might be able to replace just the rod and handle.

I've seen more than one camper that had a small window AC hanging out of a window opening.
Do some measuring, maybe you can remove part of your window and get one in.
Some of the smaller window units are pretty small.

I found the user Htneighbors but some links were too old and didn't work. Like 2008 or 9. Here is a link to his posts. link.
Or I did a different search and it looks like you will find a lot of info there. Look here.

Years ago a member of this forum spent winter in I think it was Montana.
I'll try to dig up some of his posts that describe what he did to be comfortable.

I think your cross bracing is fine but it needs to have a gusset welded to the side of the hanger to prevent flexing of the hanger. Your does not do that. Yours appears to be welded to the I- beam which does nothing for preventing hanger flex.

Did you wrap the plug treads with pipe tape?
Also if you question the pressure relief valve you could just replace it for around twenty bucks.
