You should try your emergency exit window to be sure you know how it works. It is hinged so it doesn't just fall out. The first time I tried to open ours it seemed to be stuck at the bottom (non-hinge side) and I had to tap it to free it. Would of hated for that to happen in an emergency.

Looks to me like there is a possibility of water intrusion especially on the one by the edge of the side. I would recommend calling Heartland Customer Service to see if they can help. Water can travel a long way so check all of the rig for caulking issues.

Im no expert but looks like some type of transformer. Maybe to change voltage to a different output.
