We use the Motor Carrier's Road Atlas. We have the car GPS and use that for general reference, but the atlas does a great job with clearances as well as roads that work for big rigs. If an eighteen wheeler can go there, so can we.

I regularly run my 15,000 BTU AC from a 20amp 125v circuit at home. Just be sure to turn off the electric hot water heater. If you do that, you will be fine.

Yup, you are missing something. The GVWR is not what the trailer tires carry. Your hitch carres at least 2,500 lbs of that. So the load on your trailer tires is under 12,000 lbs.

I just sent an inquiry to Wingfoot. I got a quote from Goodyear in Bellevue of $330/tire plus about $20 to mount and balance.

I have had no luck searching discount tires website or tirerack.com to find G614's. I would like to get a quote. I also have a question: Will these tires mount on my factory wheels? I have the 16" 6in wide wheels? They are rated for 110psi (I checked).

Betweem the black tank flush and making sure that all toilet paper is soaked before flushing, we have had no trouble avoiding the 1/3 full issue. If there are now ultrasonic sensors (we have a 2014 built in Jaunuary), the our issue is a bad connection somewhere.
