Who makes the lift lid coffee table found in the Landmarks and other models?

Looking for the lift top coffee table found in the Landmark 365s and other models. Anybody know who makes that item? If there's more than one, it's the chest type so that you have storage under the lift lid. TIA. :)

Lippert Level-Up -- Need to retract the DS and ODS rear jacks ONLY

OK, I understand that this is procedure for raising both sets of rear jacks: ON -> MANUAL -> RETRACT -> REAR. After work is complete, ON -> AUTO-LEVEL. Easy, peasy, right? :)

Lippert Level-Up -- Need to retract the DS and ODS rear jacks ONLY

OK, so I can't raise just one side (say, Door Side) by themselves? No worries. After that, I can just use Auto Level and it'll put the four rear jacks down and do that auto level dance, right?

Lippert Level-Up -- Need to retract the DS and ODS rear jacks ONLY

Had to put the RV into a grass spot in our current park. It has rained for four days and I need to pull up both sets of rear jacks and fill in some mud holes. I can't figure out how to do that based upon the instructions in the Lippert Master Towable Manual. Can someone give me the procedure...

Google Maps has updated aerial views of Rockport, TX (shows Harvey damage)

For those with friends and family and for those Winter Texas that stay here in Rockport during the winter, Google Maps has updated its database with new aerial imagery. Looks to have been updated between August 28 and September 1 (per Facebook comments for several Rockport FB communities)...

Our Landmark 365 Key West SURVIVED Hurricane Harvey waterfront in Rockport, Texas!!

Deleted. The view we can't see shows the rear window broken out. The RV filled with water -- sea salt everywhere. Oh, well, time for a new Landmark.

We have all of our winter clothes in these Ziplock bags and have them stored under the bed. Frees up tons of space. Love 'em! :)

Landmark 365 Roof Construction - questions

Here on the coast of South Texas during the summer, we have very high temps accompanied by very high humidity. Heat indices frequently exceed 110 or more. Landmarks, Big Countries, and similar large models have a VERY hard time keeping cool with just two ACs. Our 2015 Key West has three 13.5K...

    Another Dometic failure!

Unless I'm missing something from this thread, some parts are repairable and/or replaceable. Just had my bedroom AC fail after two years and it was the capacitor. Replace by a mobile tech for $63 plus the service call charge. Much cheaper than replacing the entire unit.

Heartland does a flip flop !

I think that most of us would agree that the electronics installed in most RVs today are rather poor quality. When we bought our new LM Key West a couple of years ago, I couldn't find the manuals for the two types of LG televisions that came with the RV so I looked them up on the LG website...

    Our Frigidaire is possessed

Looks like the Fridigaire customer service has gotten worse in the past couple of years. We had a problem with the icemaker in our Fridigaire within two weeks of ownership and, after contacting HL, contacted a local appliance repair service that was blessed by Fridigaire. The repair guy shows...

    Ceiling trim falling off

Borrowed a brad nailer and air compressor from a friend and made the repairs. Was very surprised how easy this repair was when using the right tools. Thanks for everybody for your good comments.

    Ceiling trim falling off

Yeah, thanks, Dave. How often do I really need to be dragging around a compressor with a large tank and a brad nailer? LOL :D

    Ceiling trim falling off

Dave, found a couple of nice brad nailers on the HF website. Do I need a special compressor for those or will my Viair 400P (used for RV tires) work? - - - Updated - - - Thanks for the insight, Ron. I would think a couple of screws might work but wasn't sure. Did you use the plastic...

    Exterior Door Damage

We had this issue with our mobile office, a SOB tagalong. The dealer drilled through the exterior and interior walls, put a metal plate on both sides, then used four long bolts to secure the baseplates. He used a ton of sealant on the outside. While it looks like crap, it has done a very good...

    Ceiling trim falling off

A corner piece of the ceiling trim fell off in our Key West. The larger trim pieces and the second corner piece are now loose as well. Seems they were installed at the factory with brad nails that stick into the roof by 1/4 inch or less. Can this be repaired with wood screws? I don't own a...

Has anyone added a ceiling fan in the bedroom?

Here's the link and it's a six inch fan, not ten. My mistake! Fan runs about $15 and comes with a tabletop stand AND the clip on feature. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014THFEKK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Has anyone added a ceiling fan in the bedroom?

I think many would agree that a ceiling fan just won't work in the LM bedrooms -- not enough ceiling clearance. I like the air circulation but the standard bathroom vent is just too noisy plus the skylight over the shower lets in too much light if we're sleeping late. We purchased a $15 ten...

Removing the bedroom and slide screens?

No way to slide the screen to the slide. The screen fits into a track in front of the glass part of the window. I've been playing with it but can't seem to find a way to remove the screen from the track without bending the screen.

Removing the bedroom and slide screens?

How do you remove the screens on those little windows on the bedroom and living room slides without damaging them? You know, those little windows that raise up and latch? The larger windows have the little pull tabs but these smaller windows do not. TIA. :)

    Induction cooktop failing??

OK, not sure if there's a problem or not. I just did a test on my burners using a three quart saucepan and four cups of water. The left side took about six minutes to start the water boiling. After letting the pan cool, I tested the right side, same pan and the same amount of water, and it...

    Induction cooktop failing??

We have whatever the stock LM surge protector is that was installed on the Key West plus an additional inline Surge Guard protector at the pole. L1 and L2 are both showing 119 volts on the monitor screen with two ACs running so there's probably not an under-voltage issue.

    Induction cooktop failing??

It's the Tru Induction cooktop that comes standard in the Landmarks. And I normally use the right hand burner the most and that is the one that seems to now take longer to heat up.

    Induction cooktop failing??

Yeah, should have mentioned in the OP that our Landmark is still under the two year warranty period.

    Induction cooktop failing??

DW and I were chatting last night with another late model Landmark owner about how much we love our LMs. :) We did mention that we were having an issue with the 18 month old induction cooktop. Specifically, we noticed over the past few weeks that the right side burner was now taking...

    Powder or liguid?

Which dishwashing detergent are you using -- powder or liquid? I like liquid for ease of use but I've found the powder seems to perform better. On the other hand, the powder looks like it's scratching the interior plus I'm concerned that it might be piling up in the gray tank. Your thoughts?

Cleaning the dishwasher's interior and filters

Found an online video that used a combination of vinegar during one cycle, baking soda overnight in the bottom of the dishwasher following by a cycle of hot water only. It did OK. Not stellar by any means. Gonna try the CLR next. :)

    Replacment floor vents with dampers

Shoot, I totally forgot about that one. You're right -- there are five vents, not four. Off to buy another one! EDIT: The heater vent under the stairs is a different size that the other four found in the Key West. Much smaller than others.

    Replacment floor vents with dampers

Thanks for the feedback, gang. Found what I needed on Amazon. And for all those that were concerned about using dampers to restrict the airflow, I know all about that stuff so no worries. By closing the dampers when the furnace is not in use, I hope to reduce the amount of crap that falls...

    Replacment floor vents with dampers

Anyone have a good source to replace the stock floor vents with ones that have flush mount dampers? By "flush mount", I mean the damper controller doesn't stick up above the floor. We don't want to step on the damper controller and break them off. We believe that the floor vents fit a 4 inch...
