Appreciate you sharing your experience. I have come to a similar conclusion and will be selling or trading it off while the delamination is minor. Likely will take a loss but at least it won't be a write-off.

Thanks. I think the faucet is a Moen based upon viewing various UTube repair videos and comparing. Replacement of the internal components on a Moen seems pretty straightforward. So depending upon the cost I may try this first.

Thanks. I have not used antifreeze in the lines for a number of years but always had the peace of mind on my other Fifth units which had external low point drains. I still have yet to check and confirm these lines but it makes me nervous not having the external line drain as an option. Don
