Yes - problems can be had with anything. We no longer want powered recliners, no heated seats, and no massage.

We have the 2016 Bighorn 3585 and both theater seats needed to be replaced in the first year for not heating. We are now looking for possibly a Lazyboy replacement as we dislike the powered seats (very uncomfortable) I hope you have better luck over the life time with these seats.

I called MCD and they emailed me directions to get the shade unstuck. This is after taking the shade to my local dealership - and to be told it would be cheaper to buy a new one... Attached are documents that hopefully could help others in the future.

I took a screw driver and wound up the spring, but the blind is stuck in the rolled up position. I contacted MCD but received no response yet.

If you look up at the shades with a flashlight you will see metal clips that hold them in. Just take a flat blade screw driver and carefully push the tabs releasing the shade ..one side at a time. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk

My 2016 3585RL has a couch along the back wall ...and recliiners next to the table. This couch may work for you ...as it fits behind the 2 slides.
