Heated Recliners - not heating

Hello All!
I purchased the 2016 Bighorn 3585rl last November. We noticed one of the recliners not heating. Dealer replaced the control module which didn't correct the problem. Now received a new chair that works. Took 8 weeks time to fix. Went out on a trip this past week, and now the other recliner will not heat. Awaiting for a response from warranty center.

Dealer indicated they have seen others go out also. How big of a problem is this?
Anyone else having recliner problems?

What warranty center?? HL or your dealer?? Call HL service yourself to keep in the loop.

Dealer working with HL warranty center.
August 13th the dealer will swap out the control box - which didn't work on the first recliner.
