Also, be careful with the gasket when you put the cover back on. If it gets kinked then water will leak in. Too easy to do - I know from experience.

The allen screw doesn't tighten to the glass, but goes through a small hole in the door. and into the other side of the handle. Mine has some type of plastic between the handle and glass, but it is hard to keep on while you tighten the screw. Probably not necessary because it doesn't do...

Mine looks the same as yours and it is held on my a small allen set screw. If it fell out and you lost it, might be hard to find a replacement. If it is still there, just tighten it up. Will probably come loose again - mine has.

Mine had some of the rubber gasket getting caught and stopping the rolling. Dealer trimmed a little off and that cured it. Bad design.

I personally don't see what the big deal is. Every RV I've ever had has some marks from slides. There is some weight involvedl that is bound to make some marks. I just live with it.

Correct - one side is inflow and the other is outflow. You can feel it with your hand when the AC is running. I think its a lousy design.

A little double backed tape is the easiest solution.
