string of lights under kitchen counter stopped working

Hello - hope someone can help. We have a small string of lights underneath the end of the kitchen counter. One by one they stopped lighting, and now the last one has stopped working. I can't figure out how to fix it. Unless you have the same string of lights, you may not even know what I'm talking about. Any help would be very much appreciated - I use this light as a night light. Thanks!

I believe we have the same lights in the counter "barrel." I can't be much help but I think it is an LED string and could get a new one from Heartland Parts or perhaps at an autoparts store (12v). I also found THESE for night light use.

Stay warm...you are not far from us and we have 6-8 inches of snow with NE winds in the 30mph range. Bellingham is reporting freezing rain and a -11 wind chill!
